OUTLOOK 2003 Calendar: Can not create new appointment

The Form required to view this message can not be displayed contact your administrator

Solution:

Delete the Frmcache.dat from the location as stated below :
D:\Documents and Settings\user_profile\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS (user profile is your XP Login IDComputer Login)
For IXP users - same path as above but it should be drive C: instead of D:

To Delete the Frmcache.dat file:
1. Close Outlook
2. Click Start, point to Find, and click Files or Folders.
3. Type "Frmcache.dat" in the Named box, and click Find Now.
4. Click to select the file and press DELETE to remove each instance of the file.
5. Restart Outlook

If this does not solve the problem, try this:
1. Click TOOLS
2. Options
3. Other
4. Advanced Options
5. Customer Forms
6. Manage Forms
7. Clear Cache
